Psychological trauma and financial abuse happing in Kenya Banks

Most of Kenyans  usually choose to change Bank in seeking for comfortable, secure, and excellent customer services after exploitation by their former Bank.

mnataka kupora hadi watoi wa shule.. Itakua mkate ni 70 charges 80” – Duncan Magoga comment after Bank introduced Junior ATM | “Aki itabidi tuzoee kuweka pesa zetu kwa mikebe na kuzifunika na mchanga kwashamba juu twaporwa pesa zote ” -Charles Gitonga after experience exploitation in Kenya Banks .

This is happening daily and some people have chose to take their complains to social media to pressure Banks to deal with their accounts problems.
On social media sad clients are complaining that Kenya base Banks are fraudulently taking their hard-earned money in their wallet account, on comment box thread hundreds of complaints says “even me I lost ___ amount” but no assistance.

Do regulators aware of such complains? Is Bank immune to laws?

The Banks are aware of these issues but seems they’ve choose these options to benefits themselves, because one client can’t raise a complain in court for losing Ksh1,000 in Bank. Also there’s no help from Government Banks Regulatory agency ‘Central Bank of Kenya (CBK)’ . The low life person will just choose to change Bank to try the services and when the same issues arises the frustrated citizen will just cop with situation and try prayers which God knows when it’ll be answered.
