Makupa Catholic Church in Mombasa, Kenya on spotlight for putting signage with drawings of clothes that don’t want brethrens to wear while worshipping.
The erected signage, seen by taarifaleo display 8 types of clothes that members of the Church should not wear while on Church service, the signage which consist both male and female clothes has bad condition of clothes, weird pictures and underworld written words in it.
A Church is where individuals talk to God and shows good behavior to younger ones thus wearing something which is considered to be of an acceptable is paramount.
According to Father and Catechist, the heads of Makupa Catholic Church, the decision to implement the dress code policy was made after careful consideration and consultation with the Church’s leadership and congregation. Father emphasized the importance of maintaining a respectful and modest environment within the church premises.
