NAIROBI, Kenya – In a dramatic move, President William Ruto has dismissed all Cabinet Secretaries and Attorney General Antony General, leaving only Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs, who is also the Prime Cabinet Secretary, Musalia Mudavadi, in their positions.
