How to register M-Pesa Go?
To register M-Pesa Go line parent or guardian is advised to visit M-Pesa agent or Safaricom shop for registration with original ID and Child’s/Children’s birth certificate. Parent/Guardian are allowed to register upto 4 children lines
Parents or Guardians can register M-Pesa Go independently without visiting Agent or Safaricom shop with the child, only parent/guardian original ID card and the child’s original Birth certificate needed., – Safaricom CEO said

As per Telecommunication Authority (CA) regulations and Safaricom terms of services, children below 18 years aren’t allowed to use digital networks, CA also instructed Network Companies to introduce teens services which Safaricom had to introduce M-Pesa Go SIM cards for teens
